Setup & Breakdown Information
Setup Location: Middleburg Ballroom
Setup Time: Beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd
Breakdown Deadline: The ballroom must be completely broken down by 3:00 PM on the 25th at the latest.

The 51th Annual Meeting of the Virginia Neurosurgical Society will be held January 23-25, 2025. You are invited to exhibit during the Scientific Session on January 24, 2025 and Saturday, January 25, 2025.
The price for an exhibit space:
Platinum $5000.00
Three tables with prominent positioning at the exhibition hall, with other marketing benefits.
Gold $4000.00
Two tables at the exhibition hall.
Silver $3000.00
one table.

Please note the following:
Arrangements for commercial exhibits cannot influence planning or interfere with the presentations, nor can they be a condition of the provision of commercial support for the CME activity.
Promotional materials cannot be displayed or distributed in the educational space immediately before, during or after the CME activity.
Representatives of exhibiting companies may attend the CME activity (except case presentations Friday evening and Sunday morning) but may not engage in sales or promotional activities while in the space or place of the CME activity.
Exhibit fees are not considered commercial support and will not be acknowledged as educational grants.

With the purchase of exhibit space, your company is entitled to:
A draped, 6-8 foot table to exhibit
Coffee/Beverage/Lunch/Breakfasts are included Thursday-Saturday morning in exhibit area
Admission to the receptions on Thursday and Friday
Up to two representatives*
